The hotel is situated directly next to the ski slopes of the most snow-assured winter sport resort in the Alps - Obergurgl-Hochgurgl. Sun-worshippers and skiing enthusiasts can explore 110 km of perfectly prepared ski-runs or try the latest winter sport trends.

By public transport:
- Take a train to Innsbruck central station.
- Change onto the bus to Obergurgl or Hochgurgl.

- Alternatively, take a train to Ötztal-Bahnhof (train station) and change onto
the bus to Obergurgl or Hochgurgl.

By plane:
- Flights go to Innsbruck, Munich, Salzburg or Zurich.
- The hotel can organise a taxi transfer from the airport.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years are charged EUR 22.00 per night and person for cots.
All children under 3 years are charged EUR 22.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first three nights will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
