All the rooms are tastefully furnished and much attention is given to detail to ensure our guests' comfort. Each room has its own TV and coffee making facilities. We have 3 double rooms and one single room all with private bathrooms and a view of the private garden.

By Car
From the airport:
- Take the N2 Motorway East / Somerset West turn-off.
- On the N2, turn left on the R300 turn-off and follow the R300 road until it forks.
- Take the left fork onto the N1 motorway.
- Take the Durban Road turn-off and turn right onto Durban Road.
- Keep going straight until you see the rose garden on your left.
- Turn left into Tindale Road and then right into Suikerbos Street: we are number 13.

Cancellation policyTop
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged ZAR 50.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged ZAR 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is included.

Internet: No internet access available.

Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
