By car:
- Arriving at the airport, follow the N2 into Cape Town.
- After 18 km, follow the M6 in the direction of the Waterfront and CTICC.
- Continue straight ahead at the first set of traffic lights (CTICC will be on
your left); you are now on Buitengracht Street.
- Carry on straight ahead at the second and third set of traffic lights.
- Change onto the right-hand lane and turn right onto Strand Street at the
fourth set of traffic lights.
- Continue straight ahead and take the third street to your right (Loader
Street).
- You are now in De Waterkant Village.
- Take the second turn to your right.
- We advise you park on Loader Street and walk to reception.
Please note that a late check-in fee is applicable for all arrivals outside reception opening times. The front office staff is at your service Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:30 and on weekends/public holidays from 10:00 to 15:00. Should your arrival be outside these times, please inform De Waterkant Cottages in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.
Cancellation Policy: Please note, if cancelled, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 2 years is charged ZAR 70.00 per night in a baby cot.
Extra beds are not available.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: 14 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
1 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable.
Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.
Parking: Free public parking is possible at a location nearby.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
