For the convenience of our guests, we have a large supermarket on the property, where every guests will find just about everything that they might need and want.

Kindly be informed that currently there is be construction and development nearby the hotel. Guests may experience back ground noise in the external and internal areas of the hotel. Some rooms may have a partial view to the development site. However, this work will not interfere with the hotel's services and facilities which are operating as normal.

The following passport holders can get an entry permit stamped in their passport upon arrival:

If you are not a passport holder of one of the above countries, please arrange your visa before arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One older child or adult is charged AED 30.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is not applicable.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is included.

Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs AED 10.00 per hour.
