Holiday Beach Motel's Diving Centre offers the thrill of scuba and open water diving for all people of all ages and abilities and is staffed by experienced PADI professional instructors.

Other water based activities include snorkeling and excursions by dhow or sailing boats to view the magnificent Musendam Peninsula.

For the little ones, we have a special children's pool.

Accommodation at the Holiday Beach Motel consists of studio, 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom deluxe chalets. They are set around the Motel's swimming pool, in landscaped gardens which lead down to the shore. Each chalet has its own parking spot either in front or on the side.

The Coral Restaurant, our multi-cuisine restaurant, offers views across the garden and beyond to the Indian Ocean. It specializes in Lebanese Mezza and Tandoori dishes.

'Taj' Asian Night Club and 'Jet Set' Arabic Night Club features live music and belly dancing. Both serve a selection of snacks and exciting cocktails.

Billiard Bar offers facilities for a variety of indoor games, where guests may have snacks and drinks.

BBQ facilities are available at a charge of Dhs 100,-, which includes a bag of charcoal, oil, grill and the BBQ stand.

In the evenings, guests are welcome to relax and unwind with a snack, drink or sheesha at 'Al Khayma', our poolside sheesha corner.

24-hour room service is also available.

We provide transfers to and from Dubai International Airport for an additional charge. Complimentary transfers are provided for groups of 10 or more persons.

The following passport holders can get an entry permit stamped in their passport upon arrival:

- France, Italy, Germany, Holland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Austria, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Portugal, Ireland, Greece, Finland, Spain, Monaco, Vatican City, Iceland, Andorra, San Marino, Liechtenstein, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Brunei, Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea and Malaysia.

If you are not a passport holder of one of the above countries, please arrange your visa before arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
One older child or adult is charged AED 75.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is not applicable.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is included.

Internet: Wired internet is available in the business centre and costs AED 12.00 per hour.

Meal Plan: Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary.

Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.
