Visas are required by all except the following:
Nationals of Bahrain, Egypt, Iraq, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syrian Arab Republic, United Arab Emirates and Yemen.

Nationals of certain countries including all Western European can obtain visas on arrival at the airport in Jordan:
Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand and the USA.

If you are not a passport holder of one of the above countries, please arrange your visa before arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
One older child or adult is charged USD 20.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 12 % Tax is not included.
10 % service charge per stay is not included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs USD 24.00 per hour.
Wired internet is available in some hotel rooms and costs USD 24.00 per hour.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is not included and costs USD 25.00 per person.

Parking: Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
