The greatest charm of Amman, however, is found in the hospitality of its residents. Visitors to Amman are continually surprised by the genuine warmth with which they are greeted.

The seven hills of Amman are an enchanting mixture of ancient and modern. Honking horns give way to the beautiful call to prayer which echoes from the stately minarets which grace the city. Gleaming white houses, kebab stalls and cafes are interspersed with bustling markets - known in Arabic as souqs - and the remains of civilizations and ages long past.

Visas are required by all except the following:
Nationals of Bahrain, Egypt, Iraq, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syrian Arab Republic, United Arab Emirates and Yemen for maximum stays of one;

Nationals of certain countries including all Western European countries, Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand and the USA – can obtain visas on arrival at the airport in Jordan.

If you are not a passport holder of one of the above countries, please arrange your visa before arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One older child or adult is charged USD 35.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: Tax is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs USD 7.00 per hour.
Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs USD 24.00 per hour.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
