For a little pampering, the Mandara Spa has outlets throughout the resort, including at The Magellan Sutera itself (open daily, 10:00 to 22:00). Room rates on 24th December and 31st December include a compulsory gala dinner for 2 adults only. Extra guests are charged separately.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged MYR 100.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 5 % Tax is not included.
10 % service charge per room per night is not included.
There is no city/tourist tax.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs MYR 50.00 per hour.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.
