Our apartments were built in 2005. There is a 24-hour reception service with English speaking staff and a lift. You will also find a green yard for relaxing and convenient shops nearby.

There are a lot of Chinese and western-style restaurants in the area, and 3 supermarkets such as Carrefour are within walking distance. We can also offer basic kitchen facilities for self-cooking, as well as Chinese food at a reasonable price.

Our accommodation is within 5 minutes walking distance of the Shuangjing Station of the No.10 subway, which will open before August 2008 and can go directly to the Olympic Centre.

To Tiananmen Square and Forbidden City:
Take the number 37 bus, which can also take you to the Silk Market, the World Trade Tower and Wangfujing Street.

To the Summer Palace:
Take the number 801 bus and get off at the last top for the Summer Palace.

To the Temple of Heaven:
Take the number 707 bus and go directly to the Temple of Heaven.

Rates quoted are in USD on our website. Upon check out at the hotel, charges will be in CNY and exchange rate from USD to CNY will be the daily exchange rate.
Please note that in case you are settling your hotel bill in local currency or by credit card there might be a difference in the room rate due to the currency exchange rate changes.

The policy for bookings during the Olympics period are as follows:
- The minimum stay is 5 nights for Olympics bookings between 1 August and 31 August 2008.
- It is requested that the balance of all charges be paid by bank transfer within 7 days after your online booking. The hotel will send you the information and the hotel will then charge the bank transfer fee.
- Cancellations made up to 90 days of the date of arrival will be charged 50% of the total booking amount. Cancellations made within 90 days of the date of arrival will be charged the total booking amount.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 8 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged USD 8.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
8 % city/tourist tax per room per night is not included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.

Parking: Private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed) and costs USD 2.00 per day.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
