For minimum stays of 2 to 6 nights check-in is possible from 11:00 and check-out service until 18:00. Flat-screen TV, made beds upon arrival, bathroom linen and an end-of-stay cleaning service are included in these short stay rates.

Guests can also choose the Baby Kit that must be purchased online before arrival. It will provide the apartment with a folding baby cot with 1 sheet and a highchair.

In addition to all the facilities already listed, all the apartments are fitted with at least 2 hotplates, a mini-oven and a television (fee required).

Cost includes:

• Accommodation.
• Sheets.
• 1 pillowcase per person.
• 2 dishcloths per apartment.

A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after the condition of the apartment has been checked.

In the case of arrival outside of check-in hours, please notify the residence in advance.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot.
Extra beds are not available.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 5.5 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person older than 12 years per night is not included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 8.00 per 24 hours.

Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site and charges are applicable.

Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
