All rooms are centrally heated and have standard facilites as well as bottled water on arrival.
Breakfast is normally served between 08:00 and 09:00, however cooked breakfast may be served any time after 07:00 by prior arrangement. Breakfast options vary from a full Cornish breakfast to eggs Benedict, toasted bagels, fruit plates, pancakes and cooked vegetarian breakfasts. Photos:

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children older than 4 years are welcome. Extra beds are not available. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
