For reservations for more than 4 nights, a special cancellation policy and prepayment is required:
-Cancellation Policy:
* If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
* If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
-Deposit Policy
* 50 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 15 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
Extra beds are not available.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 1.00 per 30 minutes.

Meal Plan: Continental breakfast is not included and costs EUR 4.17 per person.

Parking: Public parking is possible at a location nearby and costs EUR 18.50 per day.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
