The hotel has 29 junior suites and 4 double standard rooms - 12 in the central structure and 21 immersed in the hotel park. All junior suites have a patio or equipped garden, some of which have a private swimming pool.

Originally known as Battistoni, Baja Sardinia was constructed after the Smeralda Coast’s economic boom by a group of Italian entrepreneurs. Characterized by a light breeze and an ample bay with crystal clear water and fine grain sand, Baja Sardinia now boasts the highest number of hotel guests in the area.
The hotel is located on the north-east side of Sardinia, well-known as Costa Smeralda, and close to the Airport of Olbia. By Ferry-Boat: Porto Torres –ships from Genoa, Tolone. S.Teresa di Gallura ships from Bonifacio. Golfo Aranci ships from Civitavecchia, Leghorn. Olbia ships from Civitavecchia, Genoa and Leghorn. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child under 2 years is charged EUR 25.00 per night and person in a baby cot. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
