Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One child from 4 to 6 years is charged EUR 15.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
One child from 7 to 15 years is charged EUR 20.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
