The lively, elegant street "Friedrichstrasse" is away only a few minutes and expects you with various shopping facilities, restaurants and sights, e.g. the world famous "Checkpoint Charlie". The place "Gendarmenmarkt" and the station can be reached easily on foot.
The hotel is located in a green zone. Guests arriving by car require an environmental badge. The swimming pool, sauna and fitness room will be closed for maintenance from 8 - 11 February 2010.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 11 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 7 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 14.50 per 24 hours. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast costs EUR 18.00 per person per night. Buffet breakfast costs EUR 9.00 per night per child under 12 years. Parking: Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 14.00 per day. Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 18.00 per day. Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
