Reception Opening Hours If you are to arrive on a Sunday or a Bank Holiday, please note that the reception is closed from 1:00pm to 6:30pm. You therefore will need to contact the hotel beforehand in order to be given the hotel's access codes.
Pets Only dogs under 5 kg can be accepted at the hotel and only in rooms with wooden floor.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 0.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 7.00 per person.

Parking: Private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 6.00 per day.

Pets: Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.
