The hotel is open from 09:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 20:00.
In the event of a late arrival (after 20:00), please call the hotel.

Reservations must be for a minimum of 7 nights, from Saturday to Saturday. Other booking options are available.
The hotel may cancel any reservation that does not comply with these conditions after informing the client.

Damage deposit:
This deposit is due at check-in and is fully reimbursed if:
- The apartment and furnishings have not been damaged.
- And if the accommodation has been cleaned at the end of the stay.
Otherwise, you will be charged consequently.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 7.00 per night for cots.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
70 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: No internet access available.

Meal Plan: Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 6.00 per day.

Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
