One of only 2 South African water-skiing schools, with the most beautiful setting, is in close proximity to the hotel. The guided horse rides through vineyards or along the beaches of Kleinmond are very special ways to explore the area.

Visiting the boutique wineries along the local Green Mountain Wine Route and chatting to some of the eccentric wine-makers while tasting their excellent cool-climate wines, will make you feel the genuine friendly hospitality of the region. In summer you can enjoy great concerts at the outdoor amphitheatre in the unique natural setting of a towering eucalyptus forest.

By car:
- Coming from Cape Town, follow the N2 in the direction of George.
- Continue past Somerset-West and, at the Orchard Farm, turn onto the R321.
- Turn left onto Old Cape Avenue.
- Take the first to your right and continue on Oak Avenue, following the brown
tourism signs until you reach Villa Exner.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
