Hotel Golden Oasis is located in Al Wadi Al Kabir, which is the main way to Al Bustan Palace. Just a 10 minutes' drive to Shangri-La’s Barr Al Jissah Resort & Spa, Al Bustan Palace, Qantab beach and Marina Bandar (for diving, sea tours, swimming pool, etc.). It would take less than 25 minutes from the International Airport by car and 10 minutes to the Matrah shopping, carnish and Ruwi shopping and business area. Photos:
Driving Directions - From the airport, follow the Al Sultan Qaboos dual carriageway that takes you through various residential and commercial areas. Follow this dual carriageway towards Qurum, Ruwi and then to Wadi Kabir. Hotel Golden Oasis is clearly signposted along this route. Distances to / from the hotel: City centre - 10 minutes' drive Financial district of Ruwi - 10 minutes' drive Seeb International Airport - 35 km / 22 miles, approximately 25 mins Upon arrival at the airport, visitors may request a taxi or a limousine, pre-booked from the hotel. Cost: OMR 10 per car per trip. Rental cars are also available at the airport. There is no public transport.
Payment can either be done on arrival or at departure. As a deposit for payment we require travel documents.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All older children or adults are charged OMR 8.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. There is no capacity for cots in the room. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is not applicable. 8 % service charge per stay is not included. 9 % city/tourist tax per stay is not included. Internet: Internet via modem is available in the business centre and costs OMR 0.80 per hour. Meal Plan: Continental breakfast is not included and costs OMR 2.00 per person.
