All of the hotel’s stylish suites have 2 bedrooms and are suitable for up to 4 adults and 2 children. Each suite has a living room, a dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen. On arrival, guests receive a free welcome pack of refreshments including a bottle of water, tea, coffee, biscuits and other little treats. All apartments feature satellite TV, tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryers, complimentary high-speed internet access, free local calls and individual climate controls. The Marina Mall (0.5 km) and Salmiya Shopping Centre (0.2 km) – Shop until you drop in Kuwait’s largest malls. The Kuwait Towers (4 km) – The towers are considered one of the most important monuments in the state of Kuwait. The main tower is 187 metres high and serves as a restaurant and water tower. This tower also has a viewing sphere which is 123 metres above sea level and completes a full revolution every 30 minutes.
We provide free pick up from the airport, on request. Directions from Kuwait city centre: Take highway 40 towards Maghreb or highway 30 towards Faheel. Both of these roads will cross the 5th ring road. Take the 5th ring road towards Hawali / Salmiya. Keep on the 5th ring road for about 15 kms and then take a left on to Khansa Street. Go straight over the junction with Qatar Street. From the next roundabout, take a left onto Bahrain Street. Take a second right onto 1st Street. Our hotel is about 70 yards on the right. Directions from the airport: From the airport take highway 50 (Faisal Bin Abdul Aziz Motorway) towards Kuwait city. Take the 5th ring road towards Hawali / Salmiya. Follow the 5th ring road till you reach Arabian Gulf Road. Take a left on the Arabian Gulf Road and then take the first left onto Bahrain Street. Go straight over the first roundabout. Take the first right after the roundabout (Mosque on the corner). Our hotel is about 70 yards on the right.

If you are NOT a passport holder of one of the above countries, please arrange your visa before arrival.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is not applicable. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Breakfast is included in the room rate.
