Located in Fahaheel, 20 minutes away from the airport and 15 minutes from the city centre and the major exhibition grounds and 45 minutes away from the Saudi border. The property is part of Al Manshar shopping and entertainment complex, it lies adjacent to Al Kout Waterfront, the largest of its kind in the south of Kuwait.

The nearest Airport is Kuwait International Airport (KWI) which is located at 38 Kms; 30 minutes by car from the hotel.

By car:
From Kuwait International Airport take the exit for sixth ring road in the direction Messilah, and then join the 30th (Fahaheel Express Way) in the direction of Fahaheel. Then take the exit 213 for Fahaheel and follow the signs. At the first roundabout turn left and then after about 300m you'll reach a 2nd roundabout. At this take the 2nd exit and then block 6 Al Dabbous Street is about a further 500 metres which is where the hotel is.
