Tea and coffee making facilities are available in the dining room at any time. There is also a self-service snack bar for guest convenience.

The hotel is located in an historic building, opposite a small park, in a tranquil neighbourhood in the centre of Auckland. Conveniently located close to the heart of the shopping district, the hotel is the ideal base for visiting nearby attractions.

Places of interest nearby include: Auckland Museum, Maritime Museum, Kelly Tarlton’s Underwater World, Sky Tower, Albert Park, Vector Arena, restaurants and shops.

By Plane:
From Auckland Airport:
- Take the ‘Discount Taxi’ service, which offers a convenient pick-up and drop-off service. From the international terminal of the airport, you can take the taxi service from outside door 9 (main arrivals), next to the pay station. Ask for their special hotel rate.
- Alternatively, take the ‘Super Shuttle’ door to door service. These should be pre-booked.
- It is also possible to take the ‘Airbus Express’ service, which runs approximately every 20 minutes during daytime hours from and to the airport. From 1 August, the nearest stop to Aspen House is Lower University (Stop 3). Aspen House is a short walk from here.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

All older children or adults are charged NZD 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs NZD 7.00 per hour.
