In all apartments the master bedrooms contain a king size bed and the second bedroom contains a king size bed which can be separated to make 2 x twin beds.

Free phone calls and 512k speed broadband internet are provided in each apartment.

Apartment Hotel Sydney does not have room service facilities. However there is a cafe (il Espresso) and a restaurant (Cantino Uno) on the street level of the building. There are also many restaurants, bars and cafes surrounding the apartments.

This apartment complex is located in Liverpool Street, next to Hyde Park, and is within walking distance of all major attractions.

The apartments are located in the center of Sydney, with shops, restaurants, cafes and transport right on your doorstep, and Sydney's CBD and city attractions all within walking distance.

From Airport:
Taxis from the airport take around 20 minutes to reach the apartments, traffic permitting.

Please advise the driver that the apartments are located on Liverpool Street, opposite the Burdekin Hotel on Liverpool Street, and behind the Hyde Park Plaza and the Marriot Hotel (which are both on College Street).

Apartment Hotel Sydney forms part of a residential complex. There is no reception at the apartments so guests are met by their accommodation manager by appointment. Guests need to supply a valid email &/or contact number so Apartment Hotel can contact them to arrange check in times.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
All older children or adults are charged AUD 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 7 days prior to arrival and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 10 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.

Parking: Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
