Refund of deposit, less an administrative fee of $30.00 if 28 days notice given for bookings from 1 June to 5 Oct or for 14 days notice the remainder of the year.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
