Nexus Golf Resort Karambunai is a full buggy course and has a clubhouse that features practice putting and chipping greens, a driving range, Golfers Lounge, Cocktail Lounge, pro shop, several conference rooms and well-appointed changing/locker rooms. Nexus Resort Karambunai lies on the west coast of Sabah, Malaysian Borneo. The resort is just 30 minutes from Kota Kinabalu city, the capital and gateway to Sabah, and only 40 minutes from Kota Kinabalu International Airport and Terminal 2 Kota Kinabalu. Transfers to the resort can easily be arranged by coach, private limousine or taxi.

From the period of November 17 to December 7, 2009, access to facilities and services at the main wing of Nexus Resort will be restricted.

The Borneo Spa and Nexus Golf Club will still be available for use.

Alternative venues for meals for guests staying at our new wing, the Villas & Suites, will be made available at a separate location closer to this wing.

Guests can also take advantage of the complimentary hourly shuttle service to the Lagoon Park which is only a few minutes away. The shuttle bus will pick up and drop off guests at the main entrance to the Villas & Suites.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged MYR 95.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 5 % Tax is not included.
10 % service charge per room per night is not included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
