- Accessible via high-speed catamarans from Singapore's Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal (TMFT).
- The ferry journey takes 55 minutes.
- Ferry tickets to the resort can be booked via Bintan Resort Ferries.
- Ferry tickets are available at Ticketing Counter 5 and Singapore Cable Car Counters at TMFT.


From Indonesia:
- Take a domestic flight to Hang Nadim Airport on neighbouring Batam Island. Regular speedboat available from Nongsa Ferry Terminal in Batam and Bandar Bentan Ferry Terminal in Bintan Resorts.
- The ferry journey takes approximately 45 minutes.

Upon arrival at Bintan Island Ferry Terminal:
- You will be met by Bintan Lagoon Resort staff who will show you to your coach for a mere 20 minute comfortable ride to our resort.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 11 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged USD 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 10 % VAT is not included.
10 % service charge per room per night is not included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the business centre and costs USD 25.00 per 24 hours.
