Rooms feature panoramic city views especially the Deluxe Rooms, which are located on the 23rd to 27th floors. They are 28-30 square metres in size where the Superior Rooms are an already large 25 square metres. The Cantonese Garden is famous for its sumptuous Cantonese selection including its Bird's Nest, abalone, speciality seafood and Shark's Fin. Jinjiang Palace serves superb Shanghai cuisine including roast duck and shrimps dishes. Sakura offers excellent Japanese cuisine created by a master chef from Japan. Highlights include grilled eel, sashimi, sushi and Kobe beef. The Mellow Café serves the international à la carte menu of the gold medallist chef from the Chinese National Culinary Team.
