For security purpose, guests have to use their room keys to open the elevator to the upper floor.

It takes around 3 minutes walk from the East to West building. Both buildings have 24-hour reception service for guests to check in and check out.

Hotel offers complimentary high tea coupons (maximum of 2 guests per room) for all guests. High tea is available from 12.00 - 9.00pm. However, this offer is not valid during the Canton Trade Fair period.

Taxis are available from the airport and reach the hotel in about 40 minutes.

By Train:

Rates on our website are quoted USD. Upon checking out of the hotel, guests will be charged in CNY and the exchange rate from USD to CNY will be calculated based on the daily exchange rate.

Please note that in case you are settling your hotel bill in local currency or by credit card, there might be a difference in the room rate due to the currency exchange rate changes.

*Hotel provides a free 2-way shuttle bus service to Pazhou Complex during the Canton Trade Fair, October/November 2009. The journey takes approximately 35 minutes

*During the Canton Trade Fair, a free 1-way transfer from hotel to airport will be provided at 14:00 for the following dates: October 17 - 20, October 25 - 28 and November 2 - 5. Please register at the front desk at least 2 days before check out. Seats are limited and subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
