The hotel is located in the historic Art Deco District. The colorful and bold designs that sprang up in the 1930s now characterize the SoBe area of Miami often referred to as America's Riviera.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 13 % Tax is not included.
