On the premises, guests can enjoy David’s Delicatessen, San Francisco’s most celebrated delicatessen/restaurant/patisserie since 1952. David’s is open for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and take-out, featuring Old-World Bravura Cuisine. Guests of the hotel receive a 25% discount off all items on David's regular menu (not including daily specials) for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

The hotel is close to all forms of public transportation and offers easy access to the Bay Bridge and the Golden Gate Bridge.

By Car:
From the airport (SFO):
- Take 101 North to 280 North / Downtown SF.
- Exit at the end of the freeway at Third Street.
- Take Third Street up to Market Street.
- Cross Market Street; immediately after crossing Market Street, turn left onto Geary Street.
- Continue 6 blocks past Mason Street.
- The hotel is located near the end of the block on the right-hand side between Mason and Taylor Streets.

Parking: Valet parking is available at an additional cost (see the Important Information brochure). No advance reservation is necessary; arrangements gladly made by staff upon check-in.

Hotel Shuttles:
The hotel recommends that you take Lorrie's Shuttle; they will bring you directly to the lobby. At the airport, just follow the signs for ‘Hotel Shuttles’. No reservation necessary; just board one of their vans.

BART-Train (BayAreaRapidTransit):
From the airport, take the train to Powell Street Station. The hotel is about 7 blocks from the BART Station.

Located within one block of all major car rental companies and just a few steps from all forms of public transport.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.


The reception desk closes at 12 midnight, and reopens at 8am. If possible, guests should check in by 12am. Later arrivals, please inform the hotel at least one day prior to arrival to make special arrangements for check in.

**Please note: the free Continental Breakfast will consist of coffee, eggs and toast only. Sides such as bacon, sausage or other items will be considered extra and will be an additional charge. The free breakfast will be limited to only 2 persons per room.

The 25% discount for breakfast, lunch and dinner menu items will still be applicable to hotel guests who do not opt for the breakfast package.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
Up to two children under 9 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 14 % Tax is not included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in some hotel rooms and is free of charge.
Wired internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Continental breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site and costs USD 28.00 per day.
