The Club Quarters Downtown is a new-concept hotel, providing a more clean, safe and quiet environment than traditional hotels.

The hotel is affiliated with the Liberty Parking Garage, located at 10 Liberty Street. Guests wishing to park their cars may bring their ticket to the Member Service Desk for validation.

289 elegant rooms. Elevators are operated by guest key cards. All rooms have soundproof windows and well-lit work desks. Rooms also include maple-finish furniture, upholstered armchairs, dual-line cordless phones, and video-game consoles. Bathrooms have showers only.

Exit airport heading west on the Grand Central Parkway towards NYC. Take Parkway to the Triboro Bridge (toll), and follow the signs to the FDR Drive South. End of the FDR stay to your right, follow and exit to Broad Street. Make a right on Broad Street and follow to South William Street. Make a right on South William and follow South William Street to William Street. Continue on William crossing Wall Street. Club Quarters is 1 block up on the right hand side. Look for the blue awning with CQ logo in gold.

From John F. Kennedy Airport
Exit airport heading North on the Van Wyck Expressway to Long Island Expressway (LIE) Take the LIE West and follow signs to the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway (BQE) West. Exit at Brooklyn Bridge towards Manhattan (go over the bridge) and continue on Park Row and make a left onto Broadway. Continue down Broadway (stay to your left) to Whitehall Street. Follow Whitehead street to Stone Street. Make a left on Stone Street. Make a left at Broad Street. Make an immediate right on South William Street. Follow South William Street to William Street. Exit airport heading North on Route 1 & 9 North and follow the signs for the Holland Tunnel (Toll.) After going through the tunnel go straight down Canal Street. Follow Canal to Broadway, make a right onto Broadway. Continue down Broadway (stay to your left) to Whitehall Street. Follow Whitehead street to Stone Street. Make a left on Stone Street. Make a left on Broad Street. Make an immediate right on South William Street. Follow South William Street to William Street. Continue on William Street crossing Wall Street.
