   Newly Renovated (completed 2007). The Historic Belleclaire Hotel is a grand-style hotel, offering old world charm at affordable prices. Located in the select Manhattan's upper west side, near the best restaurants and stores of New York City. The area surrounding the hotel seems more like a section of Paris, with a great mix of ethnic restaurants as well as trendy night spots. The tree-lined streets and well kept brownstones reflect a safe but quiet community. We are within walking distance of Amsterdam Ave, Columbus Ave, The Metropolitan Museum, The Museum of Natural History, Central Park and the well known Lincoln Center (home of the famous Opera House). Nearest Subway is 2 blocks from the hotel on 79th and Broadway, 1 line. Penn Station is 5 miles from the hotel. Directions: From JFK Airport - 18 Miles Take the Van Wyck Expressway Northbound to the Grand Central Parkway/Triboro Bridge Take the Triboro Bridge to Manhattan to the FDR Drive South, exit at the 96th Street Exit Take 97th Street Westbound through Central Park to Columbus Avenue & make a left onto Columbus Avenue Follow Columbus Avenue south to 77th Street & make a right. Go two blocks to Broadway. Go through the lights at Broadway and the Hotel Belleclaire is the first building on your left (Between Broadway and West End Avenue, on 77th). From LaGuardia Airport - 10 Miles Take the Grand Central Parkway/Triboro Bridge; Take the Triboro Bridge to Manhattan to the FDR Drive South, exit at the 96th Street Exit and follow the same directions from above (JFK airport).
