Roman and Williams’ renovation of the Royalton truly reflects the dynamic splendor of the hotel’s surroundings, buzzing with energy from the bustling epicenter of Midtown Manhattan in New York City. Enter the hotel via the iconic floor to ceiling mahogany doors into a crystalline glass vestibule that instantly sets the tone for the memorable experience yet to come. Guests are then welcomed by Royalton’s “runway”, now warmed with dusty earth tones gradating from a sultry midnight blue to a majestic elephant grey combined with the glamorous texture of slate flooring. Enjoy a modern American menu featuring seasonal fresh foods at Brasserie 44. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily from 7 AM until 11 PM. Bar 44 is a reincarnation of Royalton’s legendary Round Bar. The bar offers bar and pre-theater menus. Open from noon until midnight Sunday through Thursday, and noon until 1 AM Friday and Saturday.
