Bryant Park Hotel
   This midtown Manhattan boutique hotel has emerged since its 2001 opening as a nexus for young Hollywood, fashion culturati, and cosmopolitans, both native and transient.The gothic-inspired tower, with its black-brick exterior accented with gold terracotta, was the subject of the Georgia O’Keeffe’s 1927 painting Radiator Building—Night, New York. The lobby, by contrast, is completely up-to-the-moment, with lipstick-red furnishings, glossy black marble, a customized music mix, and elevators bathed in red light. The Bryant Park Hotel offers a desirable Midtown location across from Bryant Park and the New York Public Library and a half-block from the Garment District and Fifth Avenue. The Theater District is a three-block stroll. The hotel’s award-winning Koi Restaurant, a celebrity magnet, serves breakfast and dinner daily, and lunch Monday through Friday. The cavernous Cellar Bar offers DJ entertainment. A private screening room, located two floors below the lobby, is favored by studio executives for its intimacy and progressive technology.
