From New Jersey Turnpike (I-95) and the Lincoln Tunnel From I-95 take exit 16E onto I-495 towards Route 3/Lincoln Tunnel. After tunnel keep straight onto Dyer Avenue. Turn left onto West 34th Street. Turn left onto 3rd Avenue. Turn right onto East 46th Street. 234 East 46th Street is between Second and Third Avenues.

From George Washington Bridge and Palisades Interstate Parkway South Keep right onto ramp towards Hudson Terrace. Keep left to stay on ramp towards GW Bridge. Merge onto I-95. At exit 2, turn right onto ramp Harlem River Drive./Amsterdam Avenue/FDR Drive/Manhattan. Take ramp left onto Harlem Drive towards Harlem Drive/Triboro Bridge. At exit 23, road changes to FDR Drive S. At exit 20, take ramp onto Park Avenue/E 132 St. Turn left onto East 46th Street. 234 East 46th Street is between Second and Third Avenues.

From New Jersey Turnpike (I-95) and the Holland Tunnel take exit 14C. Continue onto Boyle Plaza. Road name changes to Holland Tunnel. Take local road right onto Beach Street (Ericsson Plaza) towards Downtown/Brooklyn. Road name changes to Walker Street. Turn left onto Centre Street. Road name changes to Cleveland Place. Turn right onto Kenmare Street, turn left onto Bowery. Keep right onto Cooper Square. Road name changes to 3rd Avenue. Turn right onto East 46th Street. 234 East 46th Street is between Second and Third Avenues.

From JFK International Airport Take ramp onto JFK Expressway towards Airport Exits. Take ramp onto I-678 towards Van Wick Expwy/Airport Exit/Manhattan. At exit 10, keep right onto ramp towards I-495/Midtown Tunnel. Keep left to stay on ramp towards I-495/Midtown Tunnel. Take ramp left onto I-495 towards I-495/Midtown Tunnel. Turn off onto ramp and keep right to stay on ramp towards 37 Street/38-40 Streets. Turn left onto East 37th Street, them immediately turn right onto 3rd Avenue. Turn right onto East 46th Street. 234 East 46th Street is between Second and Third Avenues.
