All fully furnished homes are located in gated communities that feature clubhouses with fitness centers, children’s playgrounds, and Olympic size pools with fountains. Enjoy complimentary access to tennis courts, volleyball courts, and basketball courts as well.
Orlando’s best attractions are a short drive away. SeaWorld is about 5 miles away and the Universal Studios theme parks are about 15 miles away.
Enjoy more than 60 championship golf courses, fishing, water sports, biking and walking trails, airboat rides, horse-back riding, and shopping, which are all offered in the Orlando and Kissimmee area.
Driving Directions From Orlando International Airport -
Take the South Exit, Follow Highway 417 (toll-road) South to the Osceola Parkway. Travel West on Osceola Parkway to Interstate 4 West. Get off of I-4 at exit 64B (Highway 192). On US Highway 192 West travel approximately six miles, the entrance to the Summerbay Shopping Center is on your right. We are located in Suite 13.
The Florida Store Vacation Rentals supplies vacation homes in various locations in this area. You will be informed about the exact location after they have confirmed your booking.
Florida Store Vacation Rentals will send you an e-mail and provide you with the address and instructions on how to pick up the keys. All houses and apartments vary in location, size, furniture, etc.
At least one person for every 2 must be 21 years old or older. Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
