From Miami International Airport:
When leaving the airport area, follow the sign indicating Highway 112 direction to the beaches. Pass the toll (75¢), continue on 112 until turn onto I95 East. At the end turn onto 41st Street. Down to Collins Ave (A1A). Turn left on Collins going north about 5 miles on to Bal Harbour.

From Ft. Lauderdale Airport:
When leaving the airport area, take Highway 595 to Miami. You will then transfer to I95 South. Take I95 to Exit #10A (NW 125th Street/Bal Harbour Exit). Upon exiting onto NW125th Street, turn left, (you will be going east). Go straight until you reach a tollbooth. Toll is 50¢. Continue going straight until you reach Collins Avenue, about two miles, where the road ends. Turn left on Collins. The Sea View is the second building after the second stoplight.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

**When booking more than 7 rooms, different cancellation policies may apply**

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 17 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
One older child or adult is charged USD 50.00 per night in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 11 % Tax is not included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary.
