The Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center is located on the corner of Spring Street and 5th Street in the revitalized midtown Atlanta neighborhood. This vibrant, live-work-play environment has been transformed by the vibrant Biltmore and Sixth District Federal Reserve Bank, which complement nearby Atlanta landmarks like the Fabulous Fox Theatre and the corporate headquarters of Coca-Cola, BellSouth and Bank of America. Residential developments, restaurants and retail make the area a distinct community. Technology Square will serve as the area’s high-tech core while establishing a primary artery between the Georgia Tech campus and midtown across an enhanced 5th Street bridge.

Getting around the city of Atlanta is also made easy by the Center’s proximity to the North Avenue and Midtown MARTA transit stations, which provide a comfortable and efficient gateway to Buckhead, the downtown business district and Hartsfield Atlanta International Airport.

The Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center is located at 800 Spring Street, NW at the intersection of Spring Street and 5th Street. Finding us is easy:

Shuttle service from Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson airport to the hotel is available. The Atlanta Link picks up at the hotel at :15 and :45 past the hour, every hour from 6:00 am – 1:00 am, 7 days a week. All service after 7:00 pm requires advance reservations.

Traveling on I-85/75 North (I-85 from the airport): Take I-85 North to the 10th/14th street exit (#250). Continue straight for .1 mile on Williams Street and turn right onto 10th Street. Travel .1 mile and turn right onto Spring Street. The Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center is approximately .4 mile on the right.

Traveling on I-85 South: Take I-85 South to the Techwood Drive/14th Street/ 10th Street exit (#84). Turn left on 14th Street. Travel .2 mile and turn right on Spring Street. The Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center is approximately .7 mile on the right.

Traveling on I-75 South: Take I-75 South to the Techwood Drive/14th Street/ 10th Street exit (#250). Turn left on 14th Street. Travel .2 mile and turn right on Spring Street. The Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center is approximately .7 mile on the right.

Traveling on 400 South: Take GA-400 South to I-85 South and follow the directions above.

Traveling on I-20: Take I-20 to I-85/75 North and follow the directions above.

Via Amtrak: Start on West Peachtree Street and go .1 mile. Turn right onto Peachtree Street NE and proceed .1 mile. Turn left onto Spring Street. The Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center is approximately 1.4 miles on the right.

Via North Avenue MARTA transit station: Turn right onto West Peachtree Street and go .2 miles. Turn left on 5th Street, go one block and turn left onto Spring Street. The Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center is on the right.

Georgia Tech's complimentary shuttle, the Tech Trolley, provides guests transportation arriving and departing from the Midtown MARTA transit station. The Tech Trolley will run 5:45 a.m. until 11:30 p.m., Monday through Friday at 4 minute intervals, Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday, 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required for incidental charges. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
Up to three children under 17 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged USD 15.00 per night for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 15 % Tax is not included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs USD 9.95 per 24 hours.

Meal Plan: Breakfast is not included and costs USD 14.00 per person.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs USD 15.00 per day.
