The hotel is located 5 minutes south of Puerto Morelos, 15 minutes north of Playa del Carmen, 20 minutes from the Playacar Golf Club, 25 minutes south of Cancun international airport and 35 minutes south of the city centre.
From Cancun international airport:
- Follow the signs for Riviera Maya.
- After 314 km you will find the resort’s entrance on the left-hand side.
Upon check-in, photo identification and a credit card is required which will be charged by the hotel in full upon reservation.
All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges.
Cancellation Policy: Please note, if cancelled or in case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
