Mosquito Blue is situated in Playa del Carmen, the eastern coast of Mexico's Yucatan Peninsula, fronts the Carribean, and it is the beaches above all that define this area - soft, blinding white strands of sand embracing clear turquoise waters, shorelines that curve into calm lagoons and waves that crash against cliffs.
The closest airport is Cancun, about 45 miles away (1 hour by car). You can take a taxi or bus from the airport to Playa del Carmen. We can arrange transfers from Cancun airport for USD 60 (1 way) or USD 110 (round trip) for 2 persons. Driving Directions: From the coastal hwy. # 307, take the turning for Playa del Carmen, which will bring you into town on Ave. Juarez, and then take a right turn at Calle 12. Mosquito Blue will be on your left just before junction with Avenue 5.
Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Late check out is available with one day notice and additional charge.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel. Extra beds are not available. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room. Deposit Policy: The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 12 % VAT is not included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Breakfast is not included and costs USD 9.99 per person.
