The majority of amenities, activities, and gratuities at H10 Hacienda Maya All Inclusive (formerly H10 El Mandarin) are included in the room rate; guests will not be charged extra for most of the amenities and activities.

Not included: Imported wines and liquors; room refrigerator drinks after first day; lobster dinners; massage and beauty products, treatments, and services; airport transfers; optional or outside tours and excursions; motorized water sports; scuba diving courses and trips; incidental purchases; telephone, fax, and Internet access charges; laundry and dry cleaning; video and photo services; floral services; babysitting services.

Airport taxes may or may not be included.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, no fee will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 5 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: Tax is included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.
