Each morning the hotel’s own Yumi coffee shop offers a cafe-style continental breakfast at an additional cost or a full English breakfast at an additional cost. In the evening, dinner and snacks are served in the 1356 bar and restaurant. There are also facilities for small intimate dinner parties.

The Umi Hotel is based in London's elegant Bayswater, with both Queensway and Bayswater underground stations just 5 minutes' walk away. Hyde Park is a short walk away and ideal for a pleasant stroll.

At the end of a busy day residents can enjoy a relaxing drink and something to eat in the Yumi Coffee Shop, or alternatively eat out in one of the many restaurants close by.

How to get here from Bayswater and Queensway Underground stations:

From Bayswater/Queensway underground station, turn left on to Queensway then take your first left into Moscow Road and then your second right into Ilchester Gardens and walk down towards Princes Square. After passing Princess Square you will see Leinster Square on your left, the hotel is facing the lovely garden square with the big trees.

From Heathrow Airport:

Take the Heathrow Express (only 15 minutes) to Paddington Station and then it is one stop on the London Underground District or Circle Line to Bayswater Station. Alternatively we are only 5 minutes from Paddington by Taxi.

From Gatwick Airport:

Take the Gatwick Express or other train service to Victoria Station. From here take the London Underground Circle Line to Bayswater and follow the above instructions.

From Stansted Airport:

Take the train to Liverpool Street Station. From here take the London Underground Circle or District Line to Baywater and follow the above instructions.

Cancellations can be made up to 2pm 48 hours prior to arrival.

Please note for payments by debit cards, the first night will be charged on confirmation. This is refundable if cancelled before cancellation deadline.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
