Bookings will be subject to pre-authorisation (for one night) according to the rate of the first night. In the case of invalid credit card details, the reservation will be automatically cancelled. The hotel can only accept Visa and MasterCard for pre-authorisation. Switch and Maestro will be charged with one night's stay 48 hours prior to arrival as a guarantee.

Check-Out Information:
We require 48 hours’ notice for early check-outs. In the event of an early check-out shortly after check-in time, the first 2 nights will be charged.

Group Bookings:
For bookings of 4 rooms or more, cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the date of arrival. In the event of a no-show or later cancellation in breach of this policy, the hotel will charge an amount equivalent to 100% of the total cost of the booking to the credit card provided.

For bookings of 10 rooms or more, cancellations must be made at least one calendar month before the date of arrival. In the event of a no-show or later cancellation in breach of this policy, the hotel will charge an amount equivalent to 100% of the total cost of the booking to the credit card provided.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged GBP 5.00 per night and person for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
