All but 2 of our rooms are en suite. Each offers our famous comfortable beds, the facilities listed in "room descriptions" as well as digital TVs. Our rates are per room, not per person.

The guest house is located approximately 2 miles east of Liverpool city centre in a suburban area called Wavertree. There is a rich variety of amenities, food and drink outlets, local attractions and culture to discover and experience in the surrounding area.

Enjoy the beauty and tranquility of Sefton Park with its lake, greenery and glasshouse. Those discovering the quieter suburban centres of Woolton, Allerton and Mossley Hill will be delighted with the atmosphere of days gone by.

We are small, family-run guest house and welcome respectful guests and travellers.

A 7% adminstration charge is applied on all cancellations and deposit refunds.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One further child under 7 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Parking: Free public parking is possible at a location nearby.
