Following a full refurbishment in 2007, Westfield House Hotel has 48 spacious modern bedrooms. A selected number of these rooms are on the ground floor providing easy and safe access for the disabled.

Our critically acclaimed Hunters Restaurant serves predominantly modern English cuisine with a Mediterranean influence, under the guidance of our chef. Special dishes from around the world are also regularly featured on the menu.

For groups, private dining is also available, providing an opportunity for more elaborate menus if required.

If you wish to relax in your room in the evening, you will appreciate our extensive room-service menu.

A wide range of wines are available to complete the dining experience.

For more informal surroundings, the Bar Brasserie offers a large selection of wines, beers, spirits and soft drinks and a varied bar menu.

Westfield House Hotel is an excellent base from which to enjoy the delightful countryside, as well as explore the city of Leicester (2 miles). Discover the National Space Science Centre, the city's spectacular visitor attraction for the 21st century, or take a walk round Castle Park, the historic old town. This area of cobbled lanes has churches, riverside walks, fine buildings and interesting museums.

Shopping is well catered for with a wide range of well-known high street chains, as well as local markets and unusual individual shops amongst stylish bars and cafes.

A short drive away, you can take in the fresh air and open spaces of Rutland Water (20 miles), a large man-made lake offering sailing, windsurfing and regular boat trips throughout the summer.

For a different day out, visit the majestic Belvoir Castle (33 miles), where Medieval jousting festivals are often held.
