Please note that Wireless internet is also available in some bedrooms and is free of charge via a password.
For business guests, we are ideally situated for Stoneleigh Royal Showground (4 miles) and The National Exhibition Centre (18 miles), and we offer conference facilities for up to twenty-four delegates. Situated within a ten minute walk of the town centre, you will find many established restaurants catering for a variety of tastes including Chinese, English, French, Indian, Italian and Thai. There are also many delightful and individual shops. In addition, there is no shortage of excellent facilities for the golf enthusiast, with many fine courses within 20 minutes of the hotel, particularly Leamington County, Stoneleigh Abbey Deer Park, Stratford-upon-Avon and the three Warwickshire courses. We are within easy reach of motorway networks (m40 - 3 miles), Birmingham International Airport (16 miles) and the Leamington and Coventry railway stations.
No deposit will be charged except in the case of block bookings of 4 or more rooms. A non refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost will be charged once the booking is received. Please note that check-in is from 14:00 to 20:00. Later check-in by prior arrangement only.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
