The 25 traditionally furnished rooms at Boxmoor Lodge Hotel are en suite and fully-equipped for either double or twin occupancy. All rooms may be reserved as singles if required. A specially designed room for disabled guests is also available.

Breakfast is served from 07:00 to 09:00 and at weekends from 08.30 to 10.00.
Dinner is served from 19:00 until 21:30.

The hotel is located in a 'designated new town' which means that it was completely redesigned and rebuilt after World War 2 though the "old town", as affectionately referred to by residents, is still standing. In town, at Leisure World at Jarman Park, who can ice skate, swim, play pool and arcade machines.

Away from Jarman Park is the fast paced game of Quasar. For those looking for something a little slower, Little Hay and Shendish Manor both have 18 or 9-hole golf courses and a pitch and putt. Little Hay also offers tuition.

Hemel is located on the central routes of several different travelling methods, be it train, motorway or canal boat. With London only 25 miles away, even more attractions open up. Windsor Castle is 21 miles away to the south, Whipsnade Zoo is only 8 miles away to the north and for guests looking for a bit of history, the Roman city of St. Albans is only minutes away to the east.

Boxmoor Lodge is situated just off the A41 (Hemel Hempstead junction).

From the M1:
- Exit at junction 8 and follow signs for Hemel Hempstead railway station (will be on left).
- Continue straight at the roundabout and and under 2 bridges. The hotel is located just before the traffic lights on the left.

From the M25:
- Exit at junction 20 onto the A41 for Hempstead Junction.
- Follow signs for Hemel Hempstead railway station and continue as above.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
