Food & beverageTop
Dornoch Castle has a growing reputation in Dornoch and further afield, and The Garden Restaurant is now recognised as one of the premier dining venues of the area and has retained Rosette status for the past 3 years.

The head chef prides himself in using local Scottish Highland produce and there are always Scottish seafood dishes on the menu, as well as Aberdeen Angus beef, Highland venison and lamb. The à la carte menu is served in the elegant candle-lit Garden Restaurant overlooking the walled gardens, or for a more informal meal, you can enjoy dinner in front of the roaring log fire.

Still maintaining its 15th century stone walls and wooden floors, the restaurant has been transformed into a comfortable bar and reception.
