From the moment you arrive to your departure, you will be truly looked after. During check-in you can take in the relaxing surroundings of our Gullivers lounge and hallways. Surrounded by original artwork and caricature murals, you will be personally shown to your bedroom and all the facilities your room has to offer will be explained.

Throughout your stay staff are on hand to assist with any query you may have, and on check-out (after a hearty breakfast, of course), we will ensure you an efficient and memorable departure, wishing you a pleasant journey and hoping you return again soon.

A personalised concierge service is at your disposal 24 hours a day for all requirements and needs. Each of the bedrooms has been designed to incorporate comfort and style with modern needs, suiting both leisure and business guests alike.

We also have available for hire a selection of conference rooms with full facilities. There is a capacity up to 55 people theatre style, which can be hired out on a room only basis, or on a selection of day and 24-hour delegate rates.

Peaceful, quiet and a retreat from the city bustle, our cosy bedrooms provide the ideal place to muse over your day, at the end of which you can sleep comfortably in the knowledge that everything has been taken care of. These rooms are well equipped to give a feeling of relaxed luxury.

Each of the bedrooms has been designed to incorporate comfort with modern needs. The design is understated contemporary chic, with the softest pillows, contemporary décor, original art work and carefully selected murals. There also are deluxe rooms, some with views of the sea and the New Steine square, where every last detail has been carefully considered and a good night’s sleep is assured.

All our room rates include a full English breakfast so why not indulge yourself? Our breakfast buffet has a selection of freshly baked croissants, delicious Danish pastries, fresh fruit, cereals, cheeses and cold meats, and fruit juices. Not to be beaten, the hot menu has a selection of English, vegetarian or vegan options, all with produce locally sourced and supplied from farmers in the area.

Breakfast is available between 07:00 and 10:00 Monday to Friday, and 07:30 to 10:30 Saturday and Sunday. Fancy being pampered even more? Take advantage of our relaxed breakfast times and order breakfast in bed until 10:30, and no extra charge. Go on - treat yourself!

In the evenings, our restaurant, the New Steine Bistro, located 2 doors down, transforms into a cosy Parisian restaurant, offering homemade French cuisine along with British fare. Surrounded by regular art exhibitions and mellow, chilled music, it is the perfect place to enjoy exquisite food in a welcoming environment. Open 5 days a week, with a choice of an extensive à la carte or daily 3-course special menus, we are able to offer something to suit all tastes.

By Public Transport - From Brighton train station the hotel is a short taxi ride away.
- Alternatively, the number 7, 14, 27 or 712 buses go pass the New Steine.
By Car (from the A23) - The A23 ends opposite the Brighton Pier.
- Turn left onto Marine Parade and we are the 8th turning on the left, and are located in the top left hand corner of the square.
By Coach - Turn left out of the coach station onto the seafront.
- Walking pass the pier (on your right), go up Marine Parade and we are 8th turning on the left.
- We are located in the top left hand corner of the square (approximately 2 minute walk).
Parking - Parking in Brighton isn't easy! However, we sell parking vouchers at our reception, with spaces located just a few minutes away.
- These vouchers are for the residence bays in zone C and are safe and secure.
- There is also an NCP car park nearby (off St. James Street) which is marked on the map above.
- Alternatively, there are the pay meter bays on the Square which are free of charge overnight (from 18:00 to 09:00).

Cancellation policyTop
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
