There is a live entertainment show staged every evening at the hotel. During the school holidays, there is also a children's entertainment programme, along with an amusement arcade and 36-seater cinema that remain open all year round.

The leisure club is open every day, from 07:00 until 22:00. Please note that children are not permitted to use the leisure club before 08:00, after 18.00, or between 12:00 and 14:00.

The wide range of treatments available at the leisure club includes facials, massages, tanning, manicures and pedicures.

Disabled facilities include designated parking spaces close to the hotel’s front entrance ramp. The hotel entrance has both revolving doors and side opening doors. There is a bell which can be rung if assistance is required. The hotel has 23 purpose-built rooms with full wheelchair access (10 on the ground floor, 10 on the first floor and 3 on the second floor). All restaurants and bars are accessible – the carvery can be served at table and there is a bar table service. The leisure club is fully accessible, with both a hoist and disabled changing facilities provided. Constant supervision is available in the gym, though there is none by the pool.

The hotel also boasts a large, free car park.

The Conservatory Bar and Coffee Shop are open daily, offering hot and cold drinks, light bites and a warm, friendly welcome for guests of all ages.

Castles Restaurant is the hotel’s popular main restaurant. Any meals included in your room rate are taken in this restaurant, where full English and continental breakfasts are served buffet-style. For evening meals, you can either choose from the set menu or select the carvery option. The restaurant also incorporates the relaxed conservatory bar.

The fully air conditioned Boston Restaurant was recently refurbished and now offers reasonably priced cuisine. Guests with any meals included in their room rate can upgrade to the Boston Restaurant at an additional cost.

Copper Face Jack’s is the hotel’s lively bar, with regular evening entertainment (over 18s only).

- Follow the M55 motorway for Blackpool and exit at junction 3 onto the A585 for Fleetwood.
- At the traffic lights turn left and continue up to the next set of lights bearing right.
- Follow the A585 (Fleetwood road) and continue over the next 2 roundabouts.
- At the 3rd roundabout take the B5412 onto Cleveleys Road.
- Once in Cleveleys town centre, follow the A583 for Blackpool (following the tram lines) and hotel is 1.6 km (one mile) on your left-hand side.

Group bookings for 10 rooms or more need to be prepaid and are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
